4. Quotations and Orders

All product inquiries are subject to a formal quotation process. Orders are confirmed only after a mutually signed agreement and accepted bank transfer or cheque.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally, except to countries subject to UAE or international trade sanctions. Delivery timelines range from 30 to 60 days depending on destination and order volume.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • All products are inspected and confirmed in good condition prior to shipping.
  • No returns or refunds are offered once goods leave our premises.
  • Damages during transit are not covered.
  • No warranties are provided unless explicitly stated in the sales contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mac Metal Industry LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from misuse or improper installation of our products.
  • Delays due to customs clearance or logistical issues.
  • Losses resulting from technical errors on the website or interruptions in service.
